This recipe is raw, GF and messy (but in a good way)! You’ve been warned…
Ingredients:
3 tbsp organic extra virgin coconut oil
2 tbsp raw local honey
1/2 tsp chlorella powder
7 tbsp raw cacao powder
(this is the base for the truffles)
2 tbsp raw cacao nibs
2 tbsp chopped, unsulfured dried cranberries
Method:
Whip honey and coconut oil together with a spoon until smooth and fluffy (soft but not completely liquid).
Add chlorella and mix together.
Add cacao powder and mix well. Add more cacao as needed to get a cookie dough consistency. Mix in cacao nibs and cranberries.
Roll tbsp portions into small balls. Set in fridge for approx. 10-15 mins. Serve & enjoy!
Makes about 12 balls. Keep refrigerated in an air tight container for up to a week.
